Jetset is a very early flight simulation program which was originally published in the November 1982 issue of BYTE Magazine. The source code was included with the magazine. (The game is actually a BASIC a conversion of an earlier TRS-80 game called 747.) The name is short for "Jet Simuator Electronic Trainer". Displayed in text-mode with only very minimal visuals during takeoffs & landings; the goal is to get your plane in the air and then land it safely at its destination. It's not easy, considering you have to rely on your gauges since you can't see where you're going! You'll need to carefully reference the included documentation (especially the helpful JETSET.DOC file) in order to decipher exactly how this all works.
