Landlord is really another text-mode clone of the popular Monopoly board game, although it never used the name in any of its instructions or other text. It just says it's a "computer version of a board game". Okay, sure. Even though it never mentions the actual game, it seems to stick pretty closely to the board game's rules. The game plays smoothly enough, and with it being a game from the 80's, it uses the function keys (F1, F2 ...) for most of the actions you'll take. You can play with up to four players, and can also play against the computer as well. (Lone players face a single computer opponent.)
