Obliterator is a technically impressive game which serves more as a tech demo than it does an entertaining gaming experience. The goal is to fly your ship around and destroy other ships, while avoiding crashing into them or other obstacles like planets. Since the other ships fly around quickly and there is no radar or way to track them once they're off-screen, destroying them can be difficult, especially with the propulsion-based movement (similar to Asteroids) of your own vessel. The game ends when you run out of energy, and the goal is simply to collect as many points as possible. There is .MOD based music which is of the early 90's techno style, and likely copied from other sources. Overall it's decent looking but a little difficult to play.
